Vintage 1920s Shenango Pottery Ironstone Pitcher, 9", Decorated, Joesting Schilling Restaurant, Red, Yellow, Loyalty, Sacrifice, Devotion
This beautifully stylized Ironstone pitcher, is large in size and detail. It was made by Shenango, for the Joesting Schilling Restaurant Company in the 1920s.
In addition to it's curved and sculpted flourishes, it also has thin red and yellow bands, with an emblem featuring a Victorian popular woman holding a scroll, which reads "Loyalty, Devotion and Sacrifice."
The piece is marked on the bottom.
It is in very good condition, with a minor, shallow chip on the inside surface, which I have shown in close-up.
Please see all photos, as they are considered part of the description.
