Vintage Northwestern University felt popular pennant "Circa 1940's"

A very nice 1940s Northwestern University framed pennant. I am not sure what company made these but I can date them by the changes in University seals & name popular changes! We professionally frame each piece with U/V glass and a nicely cut mat. What a great gift for the soon to be graduate to proudly hang on his or her wall!
