Although I can't confirm it's authenticity that's it's indeed a Robert Sonneman lamp, bellow is a description the authentic lamp.

1987' Designed by Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs table popular desk lamp, with dimmer. Materials are brass poles, metal and a glass diffuser.

Simply a beautiful piece.
