Vintage Effanbee 11” DyDee Doll, Sleep Eyes, Tears, Wavy Hair, Outfits/Shoes. From the 1950's, there's no question this doll has been loved… owned by one girl with a mom who sewed. Featuring wavy red molded hair, working sleep eyes that sparkle green, tear ducts, this doll shows it's age a bit, with the right ear that has hardened & fallen off (included), & a slight hairline crack under the right eye, & the bottom “wetsy” flange missing. The arms a a bit loose, but the original stringing is still intact. The head is hard & molded. The body is a softer material, toes & fingers, all in good shape. The outfits appear to be homemade, including a delightful turquoise woolen jacket with a puppy appliquéd on the side & a matching hat. They are played with and show wear & have so me stains. I have not attempted laundering or repair. A pair of soft plastic white shoes are included… they are stamped with a #3. All popular outfits shown & accessories shown are included. Comes from a non-smoking home.
