Vintage Silverplate Flatware 8 settings, 39 pieces (ABBA) What a tremendous find! 39 total pieces. 8 sets, popular each with 4 pieces: - dinner knife - dinner fork - salad fork - teaspoon Plus 7 extras - 5 teaspoons and 2 serving spoons Note - no soup spoons with this set. Unless the serving spoons are soup spoons in which case there's only 2. So altogether, 8 salad forks, 8 dinner forks, 8 dinner knives, 13 teaspoons, 2 serving spoons Used vintage condition. Needs polished, but I don't see any real damage other than wear. King Edward brand. Not sure of year but the paper inserts look mid-century maybe. Certificate says plated with pure silver on 18% nickel-silver blanks, the finest material used. Insert shows that this design is “Holiday” - see pic The pricing on the insert is from decades ago.
