Each Dish Starts out as a piece of 3mm Copper sheet, the sheet is Marked by hand & cut into a Hexagon using a guillotine. the edges are then sanded smooth before it is heated in the Forge, Once it reaches a gentle glowing red temperature It is carefully textured on the Anvil with a Hand held hammer.
The Dish is then Re-heated in the Forge a few more times and is gently formed into its final Dished shape.

The Dishes are treated with several layers of Renaissance Wax Giving them an attractive shine and to help protect the Patina.
